Job Summary

PSEG is looking for talented technology professionals to join our team. Our vision is to power the digital future of PSEG. Job Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain IT process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation platforms.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

•Design, test, and implement applications that enhance business processes.

•Provide support and training to end-users for developed applications.

•Create training documentation to support applications

•Support clients by providing instructions to resolve their application updates or requests for new services

•Continuously learn and improve skills related to Power Platform and other emerging technologies.

•Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

•Interface with other areas of IT for engineering and infrastructure support

•Comply with ITSM/ITIL process such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, CMDB, KEDB

Job Specific Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field to be received within 6 months of receiving your offer.

•Level of experience required ranges from internship to 2 years of experience within the IT field or an industry with reliance on technical expertise.

•Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate or other low code platforms.

•Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation platforms and concepts.

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

•Strong technical proficiency in information technology/computer disciplines

•A positive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow professionally.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to learn new technical concepts quickly

•Excellent communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation and the ability to work effectively with clients, IT management and staff

•Ability to work in a 24x7 environment with callout availability required

Additional Critical Information:

Desired:

•Experience in Artificial Intelligence

•Knowledge of testing methodologies and/or project management
